This Artisan Rouge de Boudreaux Whole Kernel Wheat Flour was grown and milled locally using all natural practices on our heritage farm.

This wheat is 100% extraction, meaning the whole kernel is milled into the flour, nothing is removed, therefore this flour needs to be refrigerated or frozen for extended shelf life.
